Terms of Service

SoreQen is operated by ZorQelis AI. Using it means accepting these terms and the Usage Policy. If you are using SoreQen for an organisation, you are confirming you may agree on its behalf.

You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

One account per person. Keep access to your email secure, because that is how sign-in works — anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you.

API keys are yours to protect. Anything done with your key is treated as done by you, which is why every key carries a spend cap you control.

What you write stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to send your messages to a model, return the reply, and store the conversation so you can come back to it.

What the model writes is yours too. We claim no ownership of output and place no restriction on using it commercially.

Two honest caveats. Similar prompts can produce similar output for different people, so output is not guaranteed unique. And output may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions — that is the law’s position, not ours.

Each plan carries a token allowance per five-hour window and per week, a context size, and a daily search limit. Current numbers are on the plans page and are the authoritative version.

Paid plans renew automatically for the term you chose until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for.

If a charge fails we will retry and tell you. Continued failure moves the account to the free plan rather than deleting anything.

If the service is materially broken for you and we cannot fix it, write to support@soreqen.com and we will refund the unused part of your term. We do not refund usage that worked as described because you did not like an answer.

We will try to keep SoreQen available and to give notice before changes that would disrupt you. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not offering an uptime guarantee we have no infrastructure to back.

The models get things wrong. They can state incorrect facts with complete confidence. SoreQen is provided as-is for that reason, and should not be the sole basis of a decision that matters.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

You can delete your account whenever you like, and deletion removes your conversations and keys along with it.

We may suspend an account that breaks the Usage Policy, is used to harm others, or threatens the service’s stability. Except where harm is ongoing, we will say what happened and give you a chance to respond.

We will post material changes in the product before they take effect, not only by updating the date above. Continuing to use SoreQen afterwards means accepting them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

The SoreQen S1 models are fine-tuned from Qwen3.5, developed by Alibaba Cloud and licensed under Apache 2.0. That licence continues to apply to the underlying model.
